Service Terms
Version: 1.1
Effective: August 25, 2026.
1. Who provides this website and service
Front Door Ops is a managed inquiry-control service provided by Lanier Local LLC, 4103 Pearhaven Ln, Gainesville, GA 30504. Lanier Local LLC is the legal business and contracting party. Front Door Ops is a service name and is not a separate legal entity. References to “Front Door Ops,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Lanier Local LLC in connection with the Front Door Ops service.
2. Purpose of the website
This website explains Front Door Ops and provides a written path for local-service businesses to request a review of their online inquiry process. Front Door Ops is a managed inquiry-control service. We help businesses configure and monitor the online path prospective customers use to request work.
The website is informational. It is not an emergency service, professional safety service, lead marketplace, field-service provider, estimator, or substitute for a contractor’s professional judgment.
3. Written review requests do not create a service agreement
Submitting the “Request a Written Front-Door Review” form, sending an email, receiving a reply, or viewing a private concept does not by itself:
- create a client relationship;
- authorize Front Door Ops to change a website, account, CRM, form, or other system;
- create an obligation to buy or sell services;
- authorize a charge;
- guarantee acceptance as a client; or
- guarantee any business result.
A paid Front Door Ops engagement begins only through a separate accepted order or other recorded agreement that identifies the client, scope, and commercial terms. Implementation activation also requires the applicable written approval process.
4. Founding offer information
If the founding offer is available when a business is accepted, the standard founding installation is $299 and includes the first 60 days of Lead Control Monitoring after live acceptance. Continued monitoring after that included period is optional at $59 per month only after explicit client election. There is no automatic paid renewal from the founding installation.
An individual proposal or order controls if it states different pricing or scope. Website pricing may be changed for future offers without changing an already accepted order.
5. No guarantee of leads, sales, rankings, or revenue
Front Door Ops does not guarantee inquiries, appointments, estimates, jobs, revenue, search rankings, advertising performance, or conversion. Operational reporting is limited to information that can actually be observed or supported. We do not claim that a request produced a sale or revenue without evidence.
6. No emergency, safety, or professional advice
Do not use this website or a Front Door Ops-managed form to request emergency response. Front Door Ops does not determine whether a tree, structure, property, system, photograph, or other condition is safe or unsafe and does not provide emergency dispatch, professional estimates, trade advice, or on-site services.
For an urgent or hazardous situation, contact the appropriate emergency service, utility, property professional, or qualified contractor directly.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the website or forms to:
- submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally false information;
- impersonate another person or business;
- interfere with the website, forms, security controls, or connected services;
- upload malware or content you do not have a lawful reason to provide; or
- intentionally submit Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification, medical records, or unrelated highly sensitive information.
Photographs, when a form permits them, should be limited to material reasonably useful for the service request or business workflow being evaluated.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how Front Door Ops may collect, use, share, and retain personal information. A client business may have its own privacy practices for information it receives through its inquiry path. When information is submitted for a client business, that client is responsible for its subsequent use of the information it receives.
9. Third-party services and links
The website and Front Door Ops workflows may depend on third-party services such as Cloudflare, Jotform, Tally, Airtable, Google services, Stripe, or a client’s own website, CRM, scheduling, or field-service platform. Third-party availability, features, security, and terms are outside our direct control.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience or workflow operation. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
10. Intellectual property
The Front Door Ops name, original site content, operating materials, reusable templates, workflows, and documentation are owned by Lanier Local LLC or used with permission, except for third-party names, marks, and materials belonging to their respective owners.
You may use this website for ordinary business evaluation and communication with us. You may not copy or republish substantial Front Door Ops materials as your own service or misrepresent affiliation with Front Door Ops.
11. Website availability and changes
We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue parts of the public website or written-review process. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or third-party services.
Material changes to these public terms will be identified by a new version or effective date when published. Changes to public website terms do not retroactively alter an accepted client order unless the parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this public website and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. Except for commitments contained in a separately accepted client agreement or order, Front Door Ops does not make warranties about uninterrupted access or any particular business outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
13. Limitation for website use
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Front Door Ops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public informational website.
Any liability arising from an actual paid client engagement is governed by the applicable client agreement and order, not this website-only section.
14. Governing law and contact
These public terms are governed by Georgia law, subject to mandatory law that applies otherwise. Paid-client disputes are governed by the applicable client agreement and order.
Questions about these terms may be sent to ops@frontdoorops.com. Postal correspondence may be sent to Lanier Local LLC (Front Door Ops service), 4103 Pearhaven Ln, Gainesville, GA 30504.
15. Entire public-site terms
These terms and the Privacy Notice govern ordinary use of the Front Door Ops public website. A separate Customer Service Agreement, accepted order, Data Handling Schedule, and any written amendments govern an actual client engagement when applicable.
